19. If you wish to cancel an order you have placed you must contact us immediately to ascertain whether the items have been dispatched or not. Where they have been dispatched, you will need to return the item to us and you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the items.

20. Where items have not been dispatched prior to a cancellation request, our refund policy will apply.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item
If your goods have been damaged in transit, are defective or do not match your order please contact our customer services team by emailing info@kidgo.co.uk or call +447754201591 with your name, address, telephone number and order number together with details of the issue and goods affected. If the goods received are damaged, defective or do not match your order we will refund the original delivery charge and the price paid for the goods affected unless a replacement is provided. Our customer services team will provide you with details on how to return the affected goods if required, you will not be expected to cover the cost of the return. If a replacement is required, you will not be charged for the outbound postage.
